WHAT IS FLO2PRO

Your project must be a Dream that you want to make become a reality. Be it help with your Skating dreams, Making Videos, Blogs, Fund a Tour for a Company or just your crew, build a DIY spot or create another company to be a player in the industry.

Your funding is something you can choose, be it All-or-nothing, which in turn gives it some urgency and belief or you can choose to take the little amount of money pledged to you and run. But be sure to make sure you post out to all of your supporters what you did with the cash and any FLO's (A FLO is a gift you offer for a donation; $50 will get you a T-shirt)!!! People will be checking on your credibility to see if you are trustworthy.

As the person creating the FLO2PRO campaign you are known as the AUTHOR

ENDORSER’S are people who pledge money to join AUTHORS in bringing projects to life.

FLO'S are an AUTHOR'S chance to share a piece of their project with their backing community. These are usually limited edition products, or copies of the creative work being produced by you. If you are looking just for donations make sure that you keep your ENDORSER’S up to date.

WHAT IS FLO2PRO?

FLO2PRO is a crowd funding platform that is here to help support the dreams of Skateboarders around the world. People have Dreams and Amazing ideas but these sometimes never see the light of day, due to mainly not being able to fund the idea. But we want to take that out of the equation. Its time for you to stop hiding behind the excuses and make your dream become a reality and show the world!

HOW DOES FLO2PRO WORK?

You the “AUTHOR” creates a blurb on WHY people should become an ENDORSER. Your FLO2PRO project needs to be original and the more personal you make it the more of a buy in you will get from the community.

Creating a FLO2PRO project you will need to go through a “checklist”:
• Create a Blurb about your FLO2PRO; Skating, DIY, Tours, New Company or Media Project.
• Shooting a quality video of your project.
• Work on FLO’s (rewards) to offer your backers (if it’s not a straight donation)
• Work on a Funding goal
• Decide if it is “ALL or NOTHING” (where you only get finds if you reach your Funding goal) or a pure Donation (where there are no FLO offers and people are just helping you out).
• Get your social media ready to blast out showing your FLO’s and what your project is about. A good Social media plan will help draw prospective ENDORSER’s in.

When the AUTHORS are sure that their FLO2PRO project is ready to go they will then Launch it to the world and share on their Facebook.

FUNDING:

FLO2PRO gives you the chance to either select

ALL OR NOTHING: This type of funding is a great way to make people believe in your STORY/COMPANY/PRODUCT/TRIP/DIY. By offering a trade of product (FLO) or services for cash there is something tangible that is an exchange. An ENDORSER is more likely to share your FLO2PRO project through their social network to increase the awareness of your project.
*ALL OR NOTHING funding will be refunded to the ENDORSER’s in full if the AUTHOR doesn’t reach their target.

DONATION: A straight donation FLO2PRO is where ENDORSER’s just pay to help an AUTHOR to enable their dream. There is no transaction between both parties. Just a simple monetary transaction to help see the AUTHOR live their dream.

WHAT IS FLO2PRO FOR?

FLO2PRO is for all people in the skateboard community. For everyone from an Amateur skater from the smallest town trying to get to the Biggest Am contest in the world. For the person who wants to create that DIY spot. For the skater who wants to create their own company, Tour or needs that extra cash for a homie video.

WHY DO PEOPLE BACK PROJECTS?

Most of the ENDORSERS support AUTHORS because they believe in the story the ENDORSER is telling. People are inspired by the idea or just want to donate money to see where an idea is going. Or ENDORSER’s just want to get their hands on your product before anyone else!!!!

WHO ARE ENDORSERS?

Funding usually comes from friends and fans of your project. These friends and fans will usually spread the word of your FLO2PRO project through Facebook, Instagram, Blogs, Twitter, Pinterest and other social networks.

WHAT DO ENDORSERS GET IN RETURN FOR CASH

ENDORSER’s that support AUTHORS FLO2PRO projects will usually get something in return IF the ENDORSER’s have created FLO’s ( FLO’s are rewards from the AUTHOR that goes to the ENDORSER for cash in return) for a cash transaction. If it is a straight DONATION you will only receive the good vibes of knowing someone else got to experience their dream. Maybe they will support yours in return one day.

FEES FOR FLO2PRO

All FLO2PRO projects are subject to a FEE of 5% of the funds collected. The are also subject to a payment processing fee which is taken by our payment processer, PAYPAL. This fee is roughly between 3-5%

WHO IS FLO2PRO?

FLO2PRO is a small company made up of 3 Skaters with different talents, from sales, marketing and web based design. We saw a need for all the skateboarders using up other platforms to fund their companies, trips or injuries. We feel that skaters need their own platform to help create their dreams!

ARE AUTHORS LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO FULFIL THEIR PROMISES?

YES! An AUTHOR is Legally obligated and is expected to follow through with their FLO’s. If an AUTHOR does not follow through on their promises to ENDORSER’s then contact FLO2PRO.

CAN FLO2PRO GUARANTEE A PROJECT AND IF NOT IS THERE A REFUND?

FLO2PRO can NOT guarantee that FLO2PRO projects will be successful. This is at your discretion. FLO2PRO cant offer refunds to ENDORSERS. Once an AUTHOR reaches their target or decides to cash in on their DONATION’s money is transferred straight to their nominated account less fees taken by FLO2PRO and our payment gateway, Paypal.
